Booking, Weather & Cancellation Policy
Deposit
If you are not paying in full, a minimum $338 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Payment plans
To make this experience more accessible, we offer flexible payment options:
• Secure your spot with a $338 deposit
• Pay the remaining balance in instalments sent to you from us (August & October)
• Full payment due 30 days prior to the event
Cancellation Policy
Due to the small-group, fully catered nature of this experience, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 30 days before: refund minus deposit
14–30 days before: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: no refund
You are welcome to transfer your spot to another person at any time.
If we are able to fill your space from the waitlist, we may offer a refund minus a $150 admin fee.
Weather & Postponement Policy
This is an outdoor, weather-dependent experience. Conditions such as rain, wind, or variable weather are considered part of the environment and will not result in cancellation.
In the event that conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g. flooding, extreme weather, or access issues), we reserve the right to postpone the event.
If this occurs:
Your booking will be transferred to a rescheduled date
If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be offered a credit toward a future Manawa or Stray South event
Please note that participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. We recommend booking flexible or refundable flights where possible.
