Booking Terms

Booking POLICY:

Stray South Fishing Outfitters require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand unforeseen plan changes may occur therefore:

  • Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to your trip will incur 25%  of the value of your experience;
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days of your trip, or failure to advise of cancellation will incur 100% of the value of your experience;
  • A full refund of the deposit will be given if your booking is successfully re-sold.

We will always endeavour to to do the utmost to resell your booking and avoid you incurring cancellation fees.

Bad Weather Policy:

Due to New Zealand's contrasting and sudden weather changes, we cannot guarantee the weather prior to your booking. But we want to go fishing with you as much as you want to live your experience! So we are prepared to offer the most appropriate alternatives should it be required and will do everything we can to work in with you. Under severe weather conditions, the trip may be cancelled and refunds cannot be given. 

Client disclosure:

Once your booking is secured, we'll email you a brief client disclosure form which will give you the opportunity to advise us of any specific medical or dietary requirements. This will ensure we can cater to you specifically, and provide you the best experience with us possible. We are bound by the NZ Privacy Act 1993, so you can rest assured your information will remain private.
